I’m Valentina, a career coach with nearly 10 years of experience working in higher education. I earned my bachelor’s degree from UNC Charlotte and my master’s in College Counseling and Student Development from NC State University.
As a first-generation, hispanic college student, I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to navigate college and career decisions without a roadmap. That’s why I’m passionate about creating a supportive space for students who are discovering their own path.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with students at every stage of their journey—from high schoolers exploring college and career paths to college students preparing to launch into the professional world. I specialize in working with first-generation students who are navigating unknown territory, and I’m passionate about creating a supportive space where they feel seen, capable, and inspired.
My coaching style is motivational, warm, and structured. I meet my clients where they are and help them move forward with purpose, whether that means clarifying goals, building confidence, or taking the next big step toward their future.
